How does the rules engine work?
Deterministic, data-driven rules evaluate stored records using dates, statuses and relationships. For example, a contract ending within 90 days automatically creates a renewal event; a started notice period escalates priority to critical.

The signature feature: one button analyses your real stored information and returns prioritised findings across every domain, grouped into Critical, Action Required, Upcoming, Missing and Under Control.
Does it require AI?
No. All core functionality runs on deterministic rules, date calculations and relationship logic.
Does it require an external AI API?
No external AI API key is needed for any core feature.

Can multiple employees use it?

How is data protected?
Encrypted transport, hashed passwords (scrypt), server-side sessions, tenant-isolated data access, private document storage with signed downloads, rate limiting and audit logs.
