How does the rules engine work?

Deterministic rules run against your stored records. For example: if a contract ends within 90 days, a renewal event is created automatically. If the notice period has started, priority becomes critical. Rules use dates, statuses, relationships and missing-information checks — no external AI service is involved.

What is "What Am I Forgetting?"

It's the signature feature: one button analyses your real stored business memory and returns prioritised findings across expired items, upcoming deadlines, missing evidence, unowned responsibilities and dependencies — grouped into Critical, Action Required, Upcoming, Missing and Under Control.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Alerts escalate automatically as deadlines approach. Critical items surface first in the dashboard, in email digests and in the What Am I Forgetting? check. Each finding shows what happened, when it happened, why it matters, who owns it and what action to take. No hunting through spreadsheets. No guessing.

Does it require AI?

No. The platform runs entirely on deterministic rules, date calculations and relationship logic. No OpenAI, Anthropic or other AI API key is required for any core functionality.
