Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the platform provided by [legal entity], [company number].

2. Subscriptions

£299 per month, billed in advance. One plan including all features. Five-day trial with full functionality; cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from Billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy (placeholder) and applicable law.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your business memory content. You may export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content; no attempts to access other tenants' data; no abuse of the API or storage limits.

6. Liability

[Standard limitation clause to be inserted by counsel.] The service is provided with reasonable skill and care; nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to price or terms.
